Use DivyaYatra freely for planning your pilgrimage. Our itineraries are AI-generated suggestions — always verify temple timings officially. Don't misuse the service or copy our content.

By accessing or using DivyaYatra at divyayatra.co.in or any associated mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and DivyaYatra, operated by Prashant, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.

DivyaYatra provides:

• AI-generated pilgrimage itineraries for UP holy cities
• Place recommendations for temples, hotels, restaurants, and transport
• Weather, crowd, and timing alerts for pilgrimage destinations
• Route optimisation between destinations
• Voice narration of itineraries
• Links to third-party booking platforms for trains, flights, buses, and hotels
• WhatsApp sharing and PDF download of itineraries

DivyaYatra uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate personalised itineraries. By using this service, you acknowledge:

• ⚠Itineraries are AI-generated suggestions and may not reflect current temple timings, rules, or closures
• ⚠Temple opening hours, darshan slots, and aarti timings change — always verify on official temple websites before visiting
• ⚠Place descriptions and tips are curated by us but may become outdated
• ⚠AI-generated content is for guidance only and does not constitute professional travel advice
• ⚠Train / flight timings shown are approximate — always check IRCTC or airline websites for current schedules
• ⚠Weather and crowd forecasts are indicative estimates, not guarantees

DivyaYatra may earn a commission when you click booking links and complete a transaction on third-party sites (EaseMyTrip, redBus, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.). This commission comes from the platform — your price is never affected.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which hotels, restaurants, or places appear in your itinerary. Place recommendations are based solely on our curated database and pilgrimage relevance.

Featured listings marked as "Featured" or "Sponsored" are paid placements and will always be clearly labelled as such.

You agree to use DivyaYatra only for lawful personal pilgrimage planning. You must NOT:

• ✕Scrape, copy, or extract our place database, itinerary content, or recommendation data
• ✕Use automated bots or scripts to generate itineraries in bulk
• ✕Reproduce or distribute DivyaYatra content on other platforms without written permission
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI prompts, recommendation algorithms, or database structure
• ✕Use the service to create competing products based on our data or content
• ✕Submit false or misleading trip information
• ✕Attempt to access another user's trip data

All content on DivyaYatra — including but not limited to place descriptions, recommendation data, UI design, itinerary format, route optimisation logic, and the DivyaYatra brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of DivyaYatra and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

The name DivyaYatra™ and logo are claimed trademarks (trademark application pending under Class 39 and Class 42, IP India). Unauthorised use of the name or logo is prohibited.

Your personal itinerary (the generated trip plan) belongs to you for personal use. You may share it via WhatsApp or PDF for non-commercial purposes only.

Basic itinerary generation is free. DivyaYatra may in future offer:

• Premium PDF downloads with enhanced formatting (₹99 – ₹199)
• Offline access features
• Priority itinerary generation

All paid features will be clearly marked. Payments will be processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

Refund policy for digital products: refunds within 24 hours of purchase if the PDF was not downloaded.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, DivyaYatra shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated itinerary content
• Temple closures, route changes, or natural events affecting your pilgrimage
• Issues with third-party bookings made through affiliate links
• Inaccurate transport timings or hotel availability
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹500 or the amount you paid for a premium feature, whichever is lower.

DivyaYatra contains links to third-party booking platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those platforms. Clicking affiliate links takes you to their site where their terms apply.

We aim to keep DivyaYatra available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (server issues, API outages, etc.).

AI itinerary generation depends on Anthropic's Claude API. In case of API unavailability, itinerary generation may be temporarily unavailable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of DivyaYatra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We will try to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

We may update these terms as DivyaYatra evolves. We will post the updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
